This is what we sound like!

Shelter in Place

Our most recent stucio album, Shelter in Place. Stream the entire album for free on Soundcloud.

"Problems with Crowds" premiered on Pop Matters. Shelter in Place features our new guitarist, James Fidlon, and a variety of instruments unlike any of our previous albums.

Available on Bandcamp, iTunes, Amazon digital, and on CD.

Live Original Film Scores: The Oyster Princess (2012)& Buster Keaton's The Cameraman (2010)

The Oyster Princess (1919) is a tale of vanity, excess, extravagant wealth, and mistaken identity. Our 2012 silent film score project was selected by the SXSW Film Festival. That premier was a packed-house success, and we've since reprised the film at the historic Texas Theatre in Dallas, Discovery Green in Houston, and at the 2012 NMASS Festival in Austin.

The first live soundtrack we wrote was for the 1928 Buster Keaton comedy classic The Cameraman. This playlist features music from both scores.

Acronyms (2010)

Bob Boilen of NPR's All Songs Considered hears "the sounds of Ornette Coleman and the band Television. And sometimes in the same song." What's your take? Like Soundhorn, we complimented the band with a range of extra sounds: vibraphone, accordion, trombone, banjo, percussion, flute, slide whistle, and the intonarumori. Visit our store to purchase a CD. You can also purchase downloads via iTunes, Bandcamp, or Amazon.

Soundhorn (2007)

The Austin Chronicle described Soundhorn as "Hard ear candy for your soft inner child." Visit our store to purchase a CD. You can also purchase downloads via iTunes or Bandcamp. Bandcamp allows you to choose from a number of high quality formats.
